Haven for Speakers
You opened your contacts.Scrolled through every name. And locked your phone.
Haven connects you with a real human companion someone who's only there to listen. No judgment. No advice you didn't ask for. No one who knows your name.
Haven is not therapy.
You don't need a diagnosis to deserve a conversation.
Haven is not dating.
You're not here to find someone. You're here to be found emotionally.
Haven is not AI.
Every conversation is with a real, verified human being.
So what is Haven?
Haven is for the moments when your contacts are full but you still feel alone. When you need someone to just sit with what you're carrying without trying to fix it, label it, or tell you what to do.
A real human. A private conversation. The safety to say what you actually feel.
How It Works
Four simple steps from opening the app to feeling lighter.
Step 01
Tell us how you're feeling
No forms. No clinical questionnaires. Just choose a mood or don't. You can skip straight to browsing companions if you already know what you need. There are no labels here. No one is diagnosing you. This is just a starting point so we can suggest the right companion.
Step 02
Choose your companion
Browse available companions and pick someone whose language, energy, and conversation style feel right for you. Each companion profile shows the languages they speak, their conversation style and personality, rating from other speakers, number of conversations completed, and online/offline status. You choose. Not an algorithm. You.
Step 03
Have your conversation
Start with text or voice whichever feels comfortable. There's no script. Your companion is trained to hold space, not to fix. They'll listen, reflect back, ask gentle questions if it helps and stay quiet when that's what you need. You set the pace. Talk for 10 minutes or an hour. Pause. Come back. End anytime no awkward goodbyes, no guilt.
Step 04
After the conversation
Rate your companion (this helps other speakers and helps companions grow). Your conversation stays private and protected we don't casually review or share what you said. The only thing that remains is how you felt after.
What a Conversation Feels Like
No script. No checklist. Just two humans in a room where judgment doesn't exist.
Speaker: “I don't even know where to start. Everything just feels... stuck.”
Companion: “That's okay. You don't need a beginning. Just say whatever comes.”
Speaker: “Today was supposed to be normal but I can't stop thinking about it.”
Companion: “What keeps pulling you back to it?”
Speaker: “I feel stupid even talking about this. It's not that big a deal.”
Companion: “If it's taking up space in your head, it's big enough to say out loud.”
Speaker: “Everyone keeps saying 'you'll be fine' and I want to scream.”
Companion: “Because being fine isn't the point. Being heard is. I'm here for that.”
Your companion is not there to solve your problems. They're there so you don't have to carry them alone.
Trust & Safety
The question you're actually asking: "Will anyone find out I'm using this?"
Private by design
You don't share your real name. Your companion doesn't know who you are. There's no profile photo, no social connection, no way to find you outside Haven. You exist here as someone who needs to talk nothing more.
Protected, and rarely reviewed
We use industry-standard security to protect your conversations in transit and storage. We don't casually review or record what you say we may only access conversation data for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy.
Every companion is verified
Every companion goes through identity verification, training, and a review process before they ever receive a conversation request. They are rated by speakers after every conversation. Low-rated companions are reviewed and, if needed, removed.
You are always in control
End any conversation instantly. Block or report a companion. Mute notifications. Delete your account. You never owe anyone an explanation not your companion, not Haven.
When People Use Haven
Haven exists for the in-between moments the ones nobody posts about.
When you can't sleep and your mind won't stop replaying the same conversation.
When you just had an argument and you need someone who wasn't in the room.
When you moved to a new city and the apartment feels too quiet.
When everyone's asleep and you're still carrying today.
When you typed a message to your friend, read it back, and deleted it.
When work ended hours ago but the pressure didn't.
When your parents called and you let it ring.
When you're not in crisis you're just tired of being alone with your thoughts.
Haven is open. A companion is available. You don't need a reason bigger than this.
